I guess this post is to inform those who don't know. I use my PC's Logitech keyboard for typing on the xbox. If you have one all ready this saves you from buying one of them keyboards from xbox which i think is a waste of money. I bought the keyboard/mouse logitech set for 20 bucks at a radio shack.
I have a $7 Keyboard that I got from Wal-Mart.
When I looked at it I said "I'd buy that for a dollar." But the cashier refused to haggle with me...
I use my iStone.
"What do you want for dinner? Some Macklemore and cheese? Maybe some Suit and Thai lettuce wraps? How a bout Adele-y sandwich? Maroon 5 layer dip?"
I use my Limited Edition Black Ops 2 Turtle Beaches.... Between the Xbox Party/Clan/Area chat channels, I think I pretty much have everything covered.....
i got a chatpad some time ago preowned £8 the 6 key is unresponsive but otherwise it works pretty well plus it makes the controller a little weightier and more balanced which I find a lot more comfortable. I only got it for the odd bit of text input (before i had net) but every time i have to enter a name or label I'm so glad i have the chatpad
The chat window, such as it is, isn't set up for text based communication. If I have something to say I'll use my headphone mic.
cheap Logitech keyboard and X12 Turtle Beaches so im covered. (id buy a gaming keyboard but im only using my current keyboard for Defiance and the IE app on xbox-PC is completely fried-gray hat problems)

Umm yeah.. Thats nice I got my xbox keybaord when I bought it sooo... True somethings I will push a button and it does not register.. But all in all I think its funny to have this thead tho..
