the "good guys" are all normal humans, with some basic fundamentals of humanity in them.

the tech heavy scientists are hairless (asians)

the servants and menial laborers are the dark skinned sensoth, ape-like creatures (africans)

the money hoarding traders are squat, disfigured beings (Jews.. as the **** propaganda depict them) (oh.. and yeah.. Jew is not a race, it is a culture.. there is no DNA identifier of somebody being jewish)

the slightly red skinned, nomadic wild people, Irathients..(native americans/indians..)

and to top it off, the most racist of them all are the castithan.. a VERY white people.. (the arians of the show)..


is it me, or did we take a lot of today's issues, slap some make up on, change a name, and just hit repeat..?

as we scrounge for food and a life, do we respect the traditions and beliefs of others or condemn them? Or, perhaps.. make a compromise, ad meld these things together?

Science fiction has always been used to put up a mirror and ask questions and inspire debate. Making it alright to ask the questions one would not normaly because after all it is just science fiction. Seems to me the focus here is ment to be on the social difference's rather then the ethnic ones.
