Mine just take ages to have enough of an effect to level...... But if you're using the Hydra then you can't level that one

Of course it only affects the one good Rocket Launcher:
VOT Mass Cannon.
Switched out to a crappier variant and sure enough it got EXP.

Mass cannon and any guided launchers don't give xp.
Well that's just GREAT....

Launchers are quite frankly, the worst weapon to attempt leveling. I've been working on them for some time and they are still only at 4... BMGs are more tolerable than this.

If Mass Cannons (the only RL that doesn't suck) would give EXP it would be a lot easier. Because they are, quite frankly, awesome.
