Diablo Daily proof new credit system sucks

If someone stands on that truck I just stand there and look at them till they move and if they kill the blast pods with out letting others get credit I leave before the monarch spawns and restart without them. Only had to do that once though, most of the people I've run into doing that contract will allow others to get shots on the pods.
I do agree that the new system sucks and should be changed back.

you know, I had assumed if people shot some of the bugs that they would be credited for contributing tot he entire 'event' in ones like those, new system doesn't suck, it's wetarded. I shot up the pods first thing like I always did, it's a reflex. I'll try to remind myself not to do that right away until they fix this I guess. Which it will be fixd, finding a middle ground I'm certain, they want the game to be much friendlier than Everquest lol. I have no problem kill stealing , and can bear the fact that people will also kill steal me at times, but I enjoyed the GW2 style of everyone can contribute without either wasting their time on someone else's mob or struggling to KS that other person. I have an inner griefer currently dormant within me though, should I come across any apparently deliberate griefers exploiting these new changes.

What amazes me is this game is rife with bugs and problems... yet they spend their time introducing stupid new mechanics like this rather than fixing the stuff that's been fubar since early beta and beyond, I simply can't grasp the decision making process behind this game anymore!

attack each pod once..... is that so hard, i just did like 10 points of damage on each from a good vantage point, left and restarted... why is that so hard... you really that lazy?

Trion, Change it back please. My wife and I group together with a friend of ours and now we're fighting each other for credit for these contracts.

It's nothing to do with being lazy, if you arrive and there's maybe 3-4 others there at the same time and they're all doing their own thing rather than working together, it's frequently not possible to tag every pod.. especially if you're equipped with shorter ranged weapons!

Change weapon then, sure you may not be able to get them all, but you'll tag more then if you try killing them yourself.

Also try going with a group, its often you will be put in a different phase with a group. I'v not had any issue doing this with 3 friends tagging each one, and letting the other pinks mop up the rest for the kills. I do this, and im known for trolling people lol

The problem is not that it is hard to tag stuff, but that the new system forces you to play like a selffish jerk, instead of working together. And therefore makes the game less fun.
