Missing my hellbug cap and lock box.....

I purchased the season. Pass and the items I was supposed to recieve with it arent there. My tier three lock box and Hell bug cap have not shown up. I looked in the claims section of the defiance store and everything. Please help.....

Thought I would note, I've had the season pass since the first days, claimed and received my hellbug cap, and have have worn it around. Recently I went looking for it again to wear and it's not in my headgear inventory anymore--it's disappeared.

Any chance of this re-appearing for me to wear again?

same thing has happened to me. i think it was since the new patch on the 15th came out. i asked trion and they said they'd open up for 'claiming' with my current character. sorted i thought; but it's still not there! i also asked what would happen if i was to start a new game with a new character: would i get the combat cap with that character too? - the response i got to that question seemed to be a pretty generic 'we're working on your request to maximise your enjoyment of our game' type message. not sure what's going on really :| where am i? who is this?!

Mine has been missing since the 15th Patch as well. It was replaced in my inventory by a headgear called "Sweet Shades". I submitted a bug report and received a generic message directing me to the forums... I hope they're working on it, because they haven't mentioned anything about this at all.
