    Customer support gives me back my lost weapon and now I can't log in

    This is BS!! Customer support finally sends me an e-mail saying they replaced my weapon that disappeared to find out now I can't log onto my account. Top it off I missed live chat by 4 minutes. How long is this issue going to take to get fixed.

    Same thing happened to me. Youll have to wait until customer service is up. They had to tinker with my account because they fixed my Cerberus level. Then I couldn't log in. Contacted CS, and they fixed it up. Says it was on their end. The problem at least.

    an at this point i don't even care any more with hackers an bugs ruining any long term play for me

    its nice to hear that you got a gun back bad to hear you lost access to your account ... i lost a orange VBI ranger the purple noland gives you at the end of the side story and rest blues now if only i could get into live chatt .... out of hundreds of tryes only got in 2 times moslty get the http error 500 failed to connect an then just give up

    Ahhh so I see it is not just me with this issue - was thinking maybe the servers were down but saw nothing posted on it.

    A friend gave me an orange bolt-action sniper, damage 1010 clip size +7. It vanished from my inventory somewhere during picking up a heavy missile launcher, teleporting, or salvaging (yes, I am sure I didn't salvage/sell it.) It did unlock the xbox achievement for having one, if that helps.

    Any chance of getting it back?

    This has just happened to me too! Submitted a ticket to customer support last night about some broken pursuits, got a message back today saying all sorted, but now I can't log in!

    The last time I had to contact them about broken pursuits it was fixed for me just fine but I was online that time, this time it was fixed while I was offline and its now preventing me from logging in (during prime gaming time aswell) I'm not a happy bunny.

    Good to know they can fix it their end though and I shouldn't have to re-install or anything.

    I hope they sort it out quickly and suffice to say I shall not be contacting them again if this is gunna happen. I'll just have to live with the broken pursuits and contacts not registering and just hope they eventually get fixed. If PS3 ever even gets a patch that is..

    They just closed my ticket with no response at all when I opened one about a lost item. Losing items in a game where real money is used to purchase things is a quick way to lose customers.
