    That's gotta be annoying. What was your tone like in the message? I tried to be calm and polite when asking for help, and they got back to me both times, figured it was best not to get shirty with them as I needed their help and didn't want to p*** them off.

    I stated what occurred without embellishment and asked to be reimbursed with either the item or the cost of the item.

    I lost an orange burst fire rifle lol they replaced it with a pump shotgun.... I was like ummm thanks I guess. You're more likely to get back a random weapon and a t2 lockbox as an apology than ever see your weapon again!

    At least they gave you back the right weapon.
    I lost a whole load out, person I talked to just gave me a bunch of random junk & said that all he could do.
    I'm gonna do live chat again tomorrow to hopefully get back what I actually lost.
