FYI: New PS3 Firmware Update.

There will be a new firmware update available here in the next couple of hours that will add a software stability update which will affect Defiance and other games just recently released. Heres to hoping the its the firmware causing the freezing and hard restarts.

If your a PS+ member with automatic update, it should be on your PS3 come morning. However if you leave your PS3 on or are not a PS+ member its a manual up date and you have to do the long way.

i just got timed out and have to do a system update. i am a plus member. i came here to see if the update has anything to do with defiance....i guess seeing this thead just answered that

I just got the Critical servers timed out message and restarted my PS3 like usually do and found out about the PS3 firmware update. lol
