i never liked console, to me it's just some accesory that all the "cool kids" have if you know what i mean.
i tried it though but there is something about PC that keeps luring me back perhaps it's the mobility of a keyboard and mouse other then to clamp your hands to one controller and only work with your thumps or something.

Also (and i know i'm gonna get hate for this) i don't really see console players as gamers, more like the average guy who buys a console so he can play a few games every now and then and afterwards continue with his life.
also i like the fact that you can modify your pc the way you like, for example if you are gonna do allot of gaming and intend to focus on graphics you could just choose the CPU for it and perhaps run SLI with it or something and you can build it yourself!

That's what i like the most about PC's, be able to choose what system you want to run and build it on your own.
i believe that ill never buy a console ever ever again, just because i dislike it. (ofc i did own a N64 and such but that was before i went into real gaming :P)

LOL @ the PC fans. I have a decent PC capable of running every game on the market now and that will be released in the next 2 or 3 years. I have an Xbox, I prefer my Xbox 99% of the time in terms of gaming. Using a controller just feels more natural. Using graphics as an excuse is just bogus, you do realize graphics don't make a game fun to play.

The only reason I prefer some PC games to console games are the mods. As for hacking, it's 100% easier to hack in a PC game than a console game. An idiot can download hacks for PC games and use them to ruin the fun for everyone else. On a console, it requires actual dedication to hack or mod the game.

I'm sorry but once the free hacks the web, Defiance will be like every other hacked up multiplayer game on the PC. I love how people are saying, well I haven't encountered any hackers.... you realize you just don't know you run into any hackers, but probably have been aimbotted and ESP'd numerous times with you never knowing.

Enjoy having your feeling of superiority, because next gen consoles are going to be capable of producing the same quality of graphics as PC's...

All convincing reasons, but I grew up with a controller in my hand. Perhaps one day I'll enter the mystic, valhallan realms of PC gaming, but right now I have neither the time, money, nor patience to build a computer for myself. I'll go back to my kiddie pool now.

Just for the record, it is possible to enjoy PC and console gaming. You don't have to belong to one camp and hate on the other.

I have a good gaming PC, a 360 and a PS3, and I enjoy playing on all of them. Some types of games feel more natural with a controller, some with a mouse and keyboard.

If you are using a controller for a shooter, then to use your word, you "suck", controller is inferior to keyboard + mouse.

I have 3 friends who know nothing about computers and all of them have built their own. Computers aren't rocket science, they're designed to be easy to build and upgrade.

actually it would be the opposite, if you need a keyboard and mouse (the easier to use) method of aiming and playing a shooter, you good sir are the one who sucks. I mean you get precise controls with a mouse. Point and click.

I think the problem lots of console people have with PC gamers are the arrogance they all seem to hold. Personally I find it funny, knowing that I have all the consoles, and have a gaming PC, getting to pick and choose what I Play and where I play it. Not held back by some unnatural love or fanboyism toward one system.

I also find it funny as the specs for the new systems come out and they start reaching in on current computer specs. After a while specifications won't be able to get much better. We are reaching a point where PC and Consoles will be on nearly equal footing. I mean graphically games really can't get much better than they are now. All the new ram and processing speed will do is give us better enemy AI while the graphics remain the same.

Also LOL @ thinking it takes more skill to use a mouse and keyboard than a controller. Also LOL @ saying all games are compatible with all controllers, I have numerous games on steam that aren't compatible with controllers so yeah.
