Critical Error Help! :(

I was playing just fine earlier today, and now when I try to press start to log on (xbox) it says "Critical: For help with account or installation issues, please contact Customer Support" and wont let me even begin to load the game. I already sent a report to the support line, but was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this.

i'm afraid you have corrupted hard drive files.
Happened to me as well, although on PS3 when i was playing EVE Dust 514.
Got the "Critical" as well as almost same message and had to delete and re-install the game.
