i believe i heard a story on the forums where a member worked at gamestop and saw a mass of parents coming back in with the game saying there kids claimed it didn't work. btw the only problem i have with shotguns is when im reloading one, and my shields recharge then poof all the shells i loaded disappear. most of my threads get lost in the swarms of *clears throat* NERF THE SHOTTIES/ MISSILES MOAR LIKE NERF DARTS! threads that are countless.

A common bug that's not contained to your shotguns. Reloaded a weapon as often as 4 times before I could continue shooting once and can't really see a workaround other than switching weapons if you can't spare the time to reload again.
There's also a fun one that makes any perk equipped in the perk slot that you last unlocked unequip whenever you log into the game or enter and exit co-ops. You might look out for that one too.

Game has serious issues and isn't living up to the expectations of consumers. Attempting to marginal legitimate complaints of consumers because some will accept poor products and support doesn't do Trion any favors at all. On the contrary legitimate complaints from consumers is far more important than echo chamber praise from fanboys.
What is sad is the ever increasing volume of consumers regarding video games trying to shut down consumer opinion if that opinion isn't positive. That will only lead to poor products and the misrepresentation by consumers that are supposed to be there to offer a semblance of truth instead of marketing hyperbole.
You like the game. That's nice. All you need to do is literally play the game and Trion gets the message. They track what you do and what you don't do. Attempting to belittle and trash talk those using the their only means of feedback to the developer after having bought a product they are unsatisfied with is obnoxious, more so than your attempts to portray their legitimate grievances negatively.
The problem is all those "feedbacks" that you see on the forum, is nothing more then people voicing their opinion of the game, just like OP. The game may be flawed but it is to be expected from an MMO, the acceptance of these flaws comes from common sense since it is impossible for any developer to foresee every little detail, which a lot of people don't seem to understand.
I personally find it interesting to see other players thought on the game, but not when the just come to cry on the forum because the they lost weapon.
If you make a thread that points out the flaws of a game, thats fine with me, as long as you don't start you sentence with, "OMG THIS GAME SUCKZ CUZ I THINK IT DOEZ".
There is a fine line between constructive criticism and trolling, see if you can spot it.
If you believe that expecting an answer and a fix regarding losing weapons in a game entirely centered around weapons is "crying" then what else can I say.
Trolling is telling other players what they should or shouldn't post pretending you're doing anything productive.
Unhappy consumers have EVERY right to voice their dissatisfaction. Forum whiners are common and annoying for many reasons, but this time it's different. Most of us aren't noobs whining because we got pwned, or screaming imbalance because we haven't "Learned to play."
This game is fundamentally FLAWED, and falls short on almost everything it was advertised as. MOST of this current vocal lynch mob actually want this game to improve and succeed, and we have every right to be angry that each day unveils new bugs and issues and zero fixes. We're *****ing for YOUR benefit too, but there seems to be a plethora of militant fanboi d*ckriders that just can't understand that, and just wanna fling poo. Even if you enjoy the game in it's current half-finished state, it's pretty ignorant and counterproductive to keep belittling and insulting those who are demanding a better experience for us ALL.
i didnt mean to come off as a fanboy. im just trying to point out that possible players may see the forum and think this game with awesome potential is a P.O.S game and go back to supporting the dull grind of 1st person modren war shooters. i just want the "different" games to do as well.
Forum search for 'Nim', 'Jackleg Joe' or 'aimbot' should give some results you appear to have not seen yet.
Good games usually do well all by their own. They grow over time, both in content and community.
Or they don't grow, usually because they're not good.
