It is unique to the store and I suppose there will be more added that's either unique to the game (such as the miner's outfit or rebel journalist) or unique to the store in order to make both more appealing sources for outfits.
And the vehicle section ... it really makes me not want to spend any bits there. It almost shouts 'We do not want your money!'. : o
Ah, well that one didn't look very appealing to me anyway. The two that I was really looking at was the Special-Ops Hero and the Drifter
The Drifter you can get from Explosions 101 Co-Op mission.
Special Ops Hero is from the Going Commando combat Pursuit.

There is a recolor of the rebel journalist outfit available in the store. I believe it is called Night Stalker.

Hmm, do you need to do something specific in Explosions 101 to get it, or just do it? We finished but I didn't get anything from it except for some drops.

Check under "Co-Op Maps" in your Pursuit list. There are some criteria that must be met to unlock each outfit for each Co-Op Map.

I've been looking all over the place in game to try and find the Pursuit list and can't find it
On PC the J key opens the pursuit list. The Drifter reskin is called Harmony Preacher or something like that. Its under Co-op maps and Conquer 101 Keys. Have to do more than just complete the map though.
