As far as I know, it hasn't even been partially explained. I've also never noticed the message you quoted, but will definitely keep an eye out. Do you remember what contracts had that message? Even as little as whether they were daily or weekly could help.
So far it's "most wanted" contracts.
Ah ha... I did the co-op one early last week, and it never reset this week. The PvP bugged out on me last week but I'm at 90 or so kills this week so I'll finish it up and let you know if I see it too.Originally Posted by ToneSim

Seems to be something about the Most Wanted compaign for cross overs.
