They need to fix the dam mics tons people saying there not buying because voice chat your killing your own sales

Yeah, even if they offer a weekend demo of the game with the proper build before release to prove the voice chat is actually working, then I'd buy the game prior to release. If not, I'll wait till after release and then check back on their official forums to see if there are any complaints regarding voice chat.

i think it funny how the Dev haven't even try to fix it bad sign right there going to get my 150 per back if it dont work

Was in group with buddy today miss were working fine glad they fixed it

Was on last night using my PSEye as a mic (yup, it has that function), worked just fine for the time I was using it. Haven't tried yet today, but I also haven't teamed yet

sledge has stated in the dev thread voice chat is working as intended in the final game. this beta is an old build.

Well I'm canceling my pre order tomorrow. For days we had been patient with voice chat issues. They claim that it turned off for beta. That not true sometimes it works other times not so much. Sledge hamer claims its fixed in finished game. Dcuo claimed same thing and it was 2 yrs later there were still issues. I've enjoyed some of the game bu as many complaints as there has been about voice chat since the beta started, they can't show an alleged improvement. I not going t spend my money and then become angry do to deceit by the developers. In myopinion if all developers toko the view point of Rockstar and didn't put out broken games lot more would still be in business. I hope the rest of you enjoy it but I work too hard fr my money to pay fr dissapoint ment

I have heard other people claim that the voice is off, not the devs. Don't stick words in their mouths that didn't even come from their mouths. If this is a big deal and you don't think its going to be ready release day then ya you should cancel the preorder. Wait to hear whether it is good and go from there. Me personally I think that Trion is a good company that seems to be working hard to please its customers... is it perfect.. course not. Do I think they are working under pressure, yep. Do I think there are still going to be problems at release day, yes. Do I think that voice is going to be one of those problems, nope.

Non-working voice chat is a game breaker for me.

I may be wrong of course, but I don't buy the rumour that voice chat works in the full game, if anything, it would be easier to have made changes to the beta than it would do the distrobution disc.

I too well remember the bf3 mess with comms, also farcry 3, it was appalling, and it was the reason i traded it in.

For some reason it seems the majority of PS3 players don't bother with game chat, so it probably won't hurt sales too much, but for me, no comms = no buy game, it's as simple as that. I like to socialise, to have fun with mates when playing, tae that away and i may as well play single player games.

I was gonna say the same about Far Cry 3 and also Boarderlands 1 and fortunately they got it right in Boarderlands 2. Now it makes me think do I really wanna spend $60 on this...Its a gamble.

Is anyone having trouble with the group voice chat on this beta? Mine worked for a few moments then it stopped and I don't know how to get it back working.

One day it works the next it doesn't hasn't worked all day for me and my friends. Hope this patch Monday fixes for good
