Defiance=sinking boat

I really dont think this game has what it takes to keep going for a long time. To may people are having problems with it and after you get up to about ego 1000+ its starts to get old.

So like a ship with 1 little hole in it, defiance is slowly sinking. It will take a little bit of time but it will be at the bottom of the ocean soon.

Trion took on to big of a task here, and we all can see it.

There is going to be dlc released giving us more stuff to do including main missions...

the game has only been out a few weeks and already people are saying the game is dead. Yeah, so the game has some issues. Yeah, the missions and pursuits can be repetetives. But once again, the game is only a few weeks old. Give the damn game some time. Theres gonna be DLC, and episode mission coming so there will be plenty to do. This is a big game, so you can count some big things happening in the future. Don't count out Defiance yet!!!

I have almost no issues with the game so i disagree here! For me it´s definitely not a sinking boat and i enjoy it the next day even more!

Uhhh.... It's the first time I've watched a show week to week. It's the first time in MANY years I haven't been bored out of my mind doing PvE content... Anytime I go to an Arkfall, Major or Minor no matter how many are on the map, their are tons of people there and even more show up.

I think Trion is doing a fine job as long as they continue to deliver and improve.

Their are tons more people that feel the exact way I do.. Thankfully the people with negative things to say are the Vocal majority while still being the minority as far as player base.

Now.. you and your imaginary friends feel free to step off this imaginary sinking boat any time and come join the rest of us and have some fun.. Only if you decide to quit being a pouty pants though.(Yea.. I went there)

It's been said with TOR too, but TOR made the problem of delivering what was wanted, far too late. Apparently. I still enjoyed and STILL enjoy that game. And this game has only been out a couple weeks, and people who no life it ARE going to get bored. I think kids need to double check their lives and go outside for once. Occupy themselves in ways where actually getting back on the game is all the more worthwhile. Of course those who rushed to 1000+ EGO are going to be bored, right? Cause they spent DAYS doing NOTHING BUT THAT. xD

It's a new game, with lots of potential. People cry cause they no lifed it, and have nothing left to no life. Then they completely forget its age, and that in starting runs it WILL have bugs. And wham! Slap it with the "Sinking Boat" brand.

I think this game is the next brink for the 360. Atleast defiance the game is somewhat playable and the game is just another brink. This game did try something new mmo hole bunch of content but with defiance just like with brink it just didnt work out when u tryed to play online. Unless this game gets fixed and soon it will die. People will keep playing it from alot of the posts ive read people defend this game wayyy to much so defiance has got there fan base but will those people be enough to keep the game alive?? Only time shall tell now in the following weeks to come if trion fails to improve there game it will be up to the next game company to do it right and not push out a broken game. In the weeks leading up to defiance whenever I turned on the tv every day all I saw was a tv add for defiance or the game. At any store I went to defiance adds. I turn on the xbox defiance adds all the time. So when I go up on the fourms and see people defending this game to no end I cant help but wounder how much was spent on adds. I mean on almost every post of a bug people are like well on wow there were lags and problems well this is DEFIANCE and its 2013 so please stop saying o well wow had its problems so just wait god that gets really old. As for me ill keep playing this game but every time I log on I cant help but think whats the next game company that going to come out with a game like this but do it right put out a game with maybe a few bugs but all in all do it right. Only time will tell if defiance will make it as for me ill keep playing defiance praying that they fix all the bugs and lag and issues with this game or if it keeps on with all these problems then instead of praying for a bug fix ill be now praying for another game company to come out with a game like this but do it right and not put out such a lag bug infested game for 59.99 plus tax tho for now ill stick to defiance praying for a fix to all the bugs and problems with this game.

People use WoW as an example because WoW has become the headstone of how to judge on games (Which I find to be ******ed). EVERY mmo has it's bugs in the beginning. And, pardon my language, but if kids are too much of whiney *****es to sit and wait till the fixes. Of course people are going to quit. Everyone's ideal of a "perfect" game is one that comes out without bugs, then it gets labeled as "rushed". Mind you, yes, the game was set on a deadline to launch with the show, so it likely was rushed. But not as much as many other games have been. (In example, almost every game EA watches over..)

But honestly? If these kids and teens can't buck up and deal with what is potentially a good game with a few rough edges, all the more fun for us mature fans. :|

my opinion, unless some love is given to pvp, clan support, and social aspecs it doesnt matter how many missions, episode missions and pursuits they make there is no reason for many people to keep playing especially pvp players. Trion has a good solid base with shadow wars but driving from point to point killing randoms gets old quick. I would like to see some seek and destroy objectives and a clan deploy system otherwise this game is over already on all consoles.
