So what if the PS4 is going to be released. I mean after all, with games like Diablo 3 and Destiny being released for BOTH PS3 and PS4. Ummm What a move right, i mean everyone is going to sell there PS3 once that beast comes out right. I mean after all. Everyone should write an email to Bungie and tell them not to bother with the PS3 version of Destiny and do the same to Blizzard. After all PSN Network is going to get shut down as soon as the PS4 is released. Again. Good call.

Yet to put this in simple terms for your simple mind to understand. Not everyone is going to run out and buy a PS4 day one. Could that be the reason why those two games are also coming to previous gen systems? *SHOCKED* Also, not everyone out there is a fan of GTA and there are hardcore MMO fans out there like myself that can easily not give two craps about the PS4 being released. Think man. Also one last thing, a lot of gamers wait until the first year to go buy there next gen system. Cause they wait for a price drop or more games to get released on it.

Fatal, ignore anyone who claims DCO is empty, their prolly the same people who think no one goes on PS3 Home.... One daughting question, I wonder how many people own a computer, and are too stupid to jack their USB Keyboard out, and plug it into their PS3... would help with the social aspect...

Luckily, or cursingly.... depending on how you look at it, My clan kinda is antsy for the clan chat to be updated/fixed the 29th, so we can use it to chat between each other without needing to be in group. I just hope they let founder remove voice chat functionality on the clan chat, or... well, let's just say my whole clan, has mics.... and we usually have 10 people online((still a building clan)) at once, and when we get to the point of 20+ online at once at all times.... I shiver to think of the mic spam that will occur, the whole "Near by voice chat" already has me worried...

Being empty, no. Low population no where near where it was at release, yes. Sure yall will have fun with the few hundred losers who cant afford a ps4

I have been playing since day 1, am well over 1000 ego, have completed all my missions and yet I still feel like I've been on my own. What Defiance lacks as an MMO is creating that community feeling in the game. There is no major player town, no shops to sell guns, and all the missions can be done on your own. The use of clans is faulty and the game should make missions that promote clans to work together. Queuing with a clan or random people feels the same. I will continue to play this game. I just wish they'd sulfate with shops and more features to make the game feel less solo.

Quick shout out to you Hit, if you want someone to play with, send me a message on PSN, my account has a privacy mode, so only friends of friends can add me, but I receve messages from everyone. So toss me a message, I have room on my list, I'll add you and group with you whenever, I use my keyboard as much as my mic, so the whole VOIP thing doesn't bother me much.

So you need someone to Jam with, I'll be fine to help form a good band, just don't ask me to be the Bass, I prefer the Drums. :3

PS4 is only gonna cost 399.99, any more and their not going to sell. Consoles new ones, if they ever cost what PS3 did at launch, in this econemy won't sell, that's not my opinon, it's fact, The stock market is still on a free fall, not a big one but it hasn't posted a big earning in a good few months. The Medical Law being passed in the US, is forcing company's to downsize and have more part time employees because of the fact if they don't their taxes nearly quadroople, and they can't afford it.

Evidently your unaware that the rate of Joblessness in the US is up, again. It's not dropping. More people are out of a job then when the market crashed, people are on welfare and SS more then actually going to work full time. I myself am having issues finding jobs in my area.

Wether you can aford a PS4, or not, is irreliant, PS3 games WILL be emulated on PS4, and PS4 WILL be connected to the same service as PS3, meaning DCUO will more then likly be on PS4, as will Defiance. So how does PS4's release effect Defiance, DCUO, and PS Home? it doesn't... Look at the numbers on DCUO, the numbers are steady, their not in decline. and no MMO holds the same numbers it does on Launch, they ether go up, and reach a peak and stabalzie((This happened with WoW, and Guild Wars)), or they reach their peak, and fall some.((DCUO, Defiance maybe, and Guild Wars 2, EvE)).

You should look at statistics before posting an idiotic statment.

Only it wouldn't help since half the time the chat doesn't work either, not to mention that "area" chat is abysmally small.

It's sad but among the three systems the PS3 has the most Kings And Queens of the quiet game and most are use to playing solo.

i agree...im so use to playing solo, that the chat options and socializing doesnt really bother me, but it would be nice to chat if youre in a group during a co op map or something, but during free play ( just running around randomly killing stuff ) im not big into socializing...would love it if trion let you have your own house to store stuff and to have trophies, kinda like the old final fantasy online game with your mog house and to be able to enter an auction to sell your stuff

Last thing in pvp they need a sidebar with everyone's names on it. I will go through matches and never remember anyone's name I played with, and it's weird you can only see the psn and not the players in game name, the end.
