Well you have to admit TRION has been silent for a very long time now.

They didn't even bother to post an explanation regarding the 9 hour downtime + several hour rollback last saturday!

They were very active With blogposts the first week, keeping us updated on the issues and how and when they gonna fix it.

Now we haven't heard a single thing for over week! Especially since the overall game experience has gotten a lot worse, instead of better since the big patch almost 2 weeks ago. /Facepalm

So eventho the OP is a bit off With his thread title.... he does have a point.
