Whomever decided on the forum setup, was either blind... or had never done that before. There are a lot of features missing.

You should just start up a Fan Art thread of your own!

If enough people start posting their art, it has potential to become really popular here on the forums.

Either that or you could message one of the mods and ask them if it would be possible to add a new sub-forum for it.
