No worries, it took me a bit to find it myself.

    1. Just hit the start button.
    2. Hold the left trigger, and select the settings tab thing.
    3. Press RB till you see the option to lot out, and you should see a "Feedback" option as well.

Ha. The sentences got longer with each step. Nice.

Shame that we haven't seen anything from the devs in the way of blog posts or otherwise to bring up this suggestion. It would have been a nice thing to bring up in the 04.29.2013 blog. Though, i'll continue to fill out a feedback note, as people have mentioned.

I would love the ability to mix and match i.e. head hands chest feet just so I dont feel like a clone of another persons character.

Defiance gives you little control over your characters appearance, other than the outfits. Which seems like a let down too, because they don't even let you mix and match the outfits. Like choosing which pants, or jackets, or anything. It's a huge loss on the players overall experience, and on trying to get them to feel like they're part of something bigger than just a game.
I'll take the hit, finally got the game last night after I heard most of the launch bugs were out. I was relieved to see that you could get different outfits. Even if I can't change the hair from !?blonde cornrows?! I'll be able to change his clothes... pants fro here tops from there... guess not

while we are on the topic of character customization...

What's the point of choosing a race, customizing said character, attaining various outfits and headgear, if my character is simply morhped into a totally different "clone" character when I enter pvp matches????

I want my Irathient male... to look like an Irathient male when I PVP. As is, in game now, my Irathient male is morphed into a puny Human male when I pvp. In addition, I want the PVE outfit I have equipped, to persist into the PVP arena!!

There is quite a lot of uniformity in the game from what I've seen so far, more customisation options would be great if only to offset the lack of individuality, one of the cool things about MMO's is how everyone looks different, with certain armours/clothing showing what players have accomplished, like harder quests and stuff. I just think it'd be more immersive if your character looked like an individual rather than a pre-set model that you will probably see quite a lot of other players using as well. I also agree about the PVP character morphing, too.

I would like to change the way my character looks as well. I didn't realize that I could change multiple things during my initial character creation.
