They are level 3 mods - which only come as specials for 2000-ish scrip at random in vendors around the world...or you can pay 16 keycodes + 1500 scrip for 2 random synergy mods. These are top of the line mods in the game and you can either farm for these certain mods, or pay a little extra for the convenience I offer. 5000 scrip is nothing and can be made very easily.
