i only bought inventory slots. i got all the store outfits and headgear through trading and betting on races (difficult but effective) over time

Since launch how much real $$$ have you spent on Lockboxes and was it worth it? I’m about $300 into real money in exchange for bits and I have only 6 Orange weapons and 1 Orange Shield to show for it. I also have tons of purples. Its addicting ..like I’m pulling a lever on a slot machine.

I'd say $$$ well spent. Is it pay to win..yeah so what. I mean look at how much more total DMG I am then #2

At $300, for most Pay to Win games, you would be at #1...

dropped $50 in bits now, but only bought 1 lockbox with it (mainly just to use it lol...) mainly getting vanity items (costumes, head gear... and some buffs for me + clan)

$0 on weapons, but I've spent a fair amount on inventory and outfits. I don't mind because I want to support the game. I don't have a problem with people buying the boxes though since most of the game is co-op. I think it would be pretty easy to get carried away considering how hard it is to get orange gear... I don't really need to eat this week, do I? generic ramen ftw

Zero. I buy lockboxes only when my key codes get maxed out, and it's an incredibly rare occurrence for me to get anything from them that I want to keep. I get better stuff just playing the game and buying specials from the vendors.

$300? Wow, my MAX will be 20 and that would only be for outfits if I do decide to buy some which may or may not happen. With the amount of bad gear I've gotten from the lock boxes using the keycodes that I've gotten.. There is no way that I will ever spend real money them

So unless they decide to add in some new vehicles that we can buy later on, $20 is my max being that there are only 2 outfits in the store that look decent to me
