While I want fixes...Is this patch the fix we want?

While I want a patch fix as much as the next guy, from reading all the pc and Xbox posts is this patch even ready for us yet or what we want? I desperately want a text chat fix, the ability to replay missions,new episode content, and pursuit fixes, but is that what we will get here? Or are we getting a nerf to key code farming and friendly grouping for pursuits?
I just hope they aren't rushing this to us because we are getting restless.

I think it would be helpful to at least have the same build as the other platforms. Makes complaining way easier.
