Confused.

I'm playing defiance on pc but no main missions seem to be appearing only sidequests do i need to do more sidequests for more storyline missions to open up i'm at a loss as what to do just running around doing ark battles but wanna continue with the story am i doing something wrong.

Usually when you finish a story mission, you will need to wait a bit before a new comes up. Usually 1 - 10 minutes, if it takes longer, contact support

Maybe you have main missions disabled on your map? Try to turn em on.

no hit logout and login and 2 sec later you in the game with the new mission on map

This works for me. Also fixes the missions with no mobs.
