I have not received any loot after 3 tries at a lock box. Two days ago I tried once, got nothing, waited like 20 minutes, thought it might be lag, so I logged out and tried again, nothing. It happened again yesterday in a relatively quiet area.

I bought a tier 4 lock box three days ago and didn't receive any items. Haven't gotten a refund for the used resources either.
Have an open support ticket laying unanswered since then also.

(in fact I'm doing this again as I write this, just popped out to relog)
Keep track of whats been added to your backpack the ui sometimes bugs and you still get the items and if you don't see any press p and claim them from the item claim or rage at support for free stuff like 80% of the player base

Nah, re-log to be "fresh" when you buy a lockbox. No lingering issues with your character, just straight from spawning to the lockbox sell thingy.Originally Posted by beezeel

I've been logging off and then back on before I get the lockbox, so far after a couple of days of trying it this way not one loss.
