I am still open to the idea that the OP might be right, but unless he can provide one clear link showing that these claims were made... well, I'll have to assume that he's full of hot air.

Dude, you came here making a statement and claiming it as fact. Either prove that it is, or please stop repeating yourself. Posting the definition of false advertising does not prove that Defiance was falsely advertised, and a lot of people do not agree that it was. Either prove them wrong with PROOF or please leave quietly.

Were not in court were in a forum first off. If I am stating a false statement it would be very easy to disprove. Plain and simple. But not one of you trolls out there want to prove me wrong because you cant! plain and simple! They misled us pre-release and that what a lot of people in this forum posted abou this same issue!
