Nolans pistol is a VOT-type pistol.
Cooper uses and FRC revolver.
Both are in the game.

As far as I know, it's not obtainable by players in the game. And I believe I saw Cooper using it.
EDIT: Or maybe it was Torc. I'm probably completely wrong, but I just wanted to know.
Seruun is right, it is a Votan (VOT) hand gun. Cooper does use it, however only in cutscenes. During the playable game Cooper uses a Bull Rush .45
The examples that have been discussed here are similar looking pistols, but not exactly the same make and model of Nolan's and Cooper's pistols (which is more recognizable in the cutscenes yes).
So, to the OP's point - will "this" particular model be available as a weapon choice - a possible pursuit or faction specific reward?
Or is it a model that was issued solely to the Defiant few?

They are both terrible pistols anyways lol I don't really want to use them myself even if they becomes available :P
They only good pistol is VOT Blaster and the burst pistols. Anything that can't kill Dark Matter or 99ers in few bullets are basically junks.
Interestingly, the prop gun that Nolan uses seems to be a shell built over a real gun or a working replica because it does appear to cycle rounds. It's a nice touch over other shows-- Terra Nova used nerf pistols with spray paint.
