I been in support que for over 2 weeks now with a couple of issues: one is missing items and the other is about bugged pursuits.

Just got a reply to one finally and they got it all wrong...so back in the que for another 2 weeks for me.

But I expect this, not paying a monthly sub and they got my money so who cares. They don't and now I don't either. lOL.

I had the bugged data recorder in Madera. I turned in a ticket in game and got a sort of standard reply after a few days. I then tried the live chat and my pursuit was fixed after a roughly 45 minute wait in line. Try that.

well dont worry. you wont get a refund, at all. shoulda read that EULA very carefully.

It does suck and I feel your pain. I should have researched it better too, now seeing that this is Trions 1st MMO also should have know better than to buy before reading these forums they're mostly unsatisfied posts. For those who complain about the complainers it's a double edged sword now isn't it?
