There are mods (certain magazines) that grant nano-effects.
That said, there are a few synergies on weapons that made me scratch my head...
Like increased hip fire accuracy and reload on a BMG...
I just chalk it up to RNG.

Some weapons don't have nano effects, sometimes there seems to be a small damage increase to compensate.
It still is very odd that you have a synergy that enhances nano effects on such a weapon ... but every stat is randomly allocated.
Yeah, that BMG could also have 10% ego power recharge on a critical kill, critical damage, recoil or reload reduction, accuracy increase and a list of level up bonuses that do exactly nothing for a BMG.Originally Posted by Xaearth
