so I spent a little over an hour entering arkfall codes and the website shows 120/120. but when I logged into the game there was nothing. no upgrades, no guns, no perks, nothing. did I waste my time entering the codes? has anyone else had this problem? seems silly to me to spend so much time looking for these "hidden" codes only for them not to work at all.

Defiance store > claim items.
Yeah... as Black said... you have to claim them in the claims area in the store.
