I'm pretty sure you can in the cars. I'm sure I've seen them do it in a couple of the streams.
Yes. You can have passengers in vehicles with designated space, ie. Rollers (cars) and even some vehicles with gun turrets for three players to ride in.
Id love to see a bigger multi passenger vehicle that hold more than 3 people, there would be less vehicle clutter in the game.
Some vehicles are single person only, like ATV. Some will be multiperson up to only 2 people, like the Dodge Challenger. Some for pvp will be allowed more, with combat capabilities. More to be announced after NDA is lifted.
