It's Fort Defiance, there is a respawn there. I've seen several screens, so some people did it. Maybe they successfully unlocked the rez, then killed themselves.Originally Posted by Calypso Atlas

I've been outside the boundaries on the northwest part of the map. Hopping up the hills, you can go pretty far. Absolutely nothing to see though.
