Lvl not matching?

Ok this is nothing game breaking just me crying but, when I load in to the game in yellow letters it flashes my ego lvl and perks I get for being that lvl, the only problem is I'm about 100 lvls higher then what it telling me. Is there a quick fix to this?

I think it just shows the last ego rating at which you unlocked things hence the list that comes with it that's why they call it the power rating

Idk about that it grows with me every time I jump 10 lvls it will match me some what. I'm 705 and I think it show 590 or something around tha. It was the same lvl for lvl untill I got to 600 then it dropped back to 500

I think this is only counting base ego rating, not the ego rating gained through pursuits.
