Nah don't think it will work. You couldn't just copy the folder because your installation won't have a windows registry key attached to it.Originally Posted by Skye

What you might be able to do is copy both his install folder and the installer he downloaded, then run the installer, let it finish, then copy the install folder over the existing one. This is typically how I transfer other MMOs between computers. It allows the installer to set everything up properly in Windows registry, but prevents the long download time through the patcher.
