Time trail times?

Anyone have this issue where you finish a race but then the reward screen comes up and says you actually finished 5 seconds later?

For example I am doing Coastline Course and I finished at 2:04 but then it says I finished at 2:09. I believe I need to finish before 2:05 for gold so I am sure you can imagine my frustration with this particular time trial.

Yea happened to me on tranquility sprint; was the only time trial I needed for black charger but after a couple restarts it acted right and I finally received the damn thing lol

does this in most other challenges as well, time is added to ur end time in time trails while timed rampages/hotshots end 2-5 seconds early

... I been doing this trial for about an hour and a half now.... It is driving me crazy.

As far as I know Time trails are server side calculated. So your 2:05 and the lag and packet losses will make it to 2:09.
So try to do better, like below 2.

If I make it below 2 minutes then my name will be on the top 3 rankings... well most likely not but the top 3 players for this race has done 1:54, 1:58 and 1:58. I'm not that good.

Best time so far is 2:02 with no mistakes but yet again it adds on 5 extra seconds making it 2:07. This is a tad bit frustrating. Hopefully it'll fix on its own at some point.

2:07 will get you gold, so what's the problem? You get both Pursuits.

I have the same problem with 2 races, my runner is only a level 14 though so I will try them again when i get more speed/boost perks.

It doesn't matter. You're lvl 1 runner will act like your lvl 20 runner on a time trail.

I've experienced the same. Kinda frustrating, seconds really count in these time trials.
