I have three items in my inventory that i can't remove is there a reason for this.

make sure there not being used in your other load outs.

Had that problem too, logged out and back on then it let me sell them.

what items are they u cant sell starting items must break them down or delete them

Press start and then press triangle to switch between load outs. $10 says the weapons you're trying to sell/trade/break down are equipped on another load out.
Change each load out weapon/shield to your favorite ones and try again.

Thanks I'll try that and didn't even think about that I forget about that load out. Don't really like that whole concept.
