I just realized last night that I have not seen a single female humanoid enemy, anywhere. Apparently, Raiders, Mutants, 99ers and Dark Matter do not allow women to fight?
I was kinda surprised when I realized this as Rift has been gender-neutral since day one.

Raiders most likely use women... you can use your imagination. I can see 99ers and Mutants being the stereotypical mans job sort of thing.

Dark Matter is Casthithan, so obviously there will be no women around. Same goes to 99ers, miners wouldn't have women around.
There are a bunch of possible explanation to why there isn't female mutants, including that THERE IS female mutants, they are just deformed enough to not be recognized.
But I have to agree with Raiders. Doesn't make much sense.
If we had female enemies, the feminazis would be complaining about us killing women.
