i love mmos and i really enjoy defiance but when they start messing around with stuff that really doesnt need it and breaking it thats what pisses me for example the latest patch which stops people getting stuff who dont contribute its a nice idea but it doesnt work like its meant to or them removing key codes from emergencys and making them totaly pointless just to get people to buy boxes with bits which was another of many un neaded bad moves then there was canceling the dlc and not bothering to put any new content in last week and leaving high ranking players like my self totaly bored not to mention boosts/guns and inventory dissapearing and all the other crazy problems i love the game but i agree this last week theyve dropped the ball lets just hope they pick it back up and get back on par

This is my first mmo but i have an understanding of how they work and i think trion have done a pretty good job, il be kinda glad when all the "why isn't this like cod or gears" players have left so it just players that are genuinely interested, we might be able to establish the mmo etiquette that this game is seriously missing
as for genre surely "mmo" covers mmotps as well as typical mmorpgs, anyway i consider this game an action adventure game not a shooter

Just a hint for the future, stating "you" in a sentence almost always puts a person on the defensive, especially if the tone is negative.

I guess I didn't emphasis much. I meant the ones who complain this game isn't like COD and GoW. I didn't mean to generalize a group of gamers stereotypically, but it does not help that a lot of them are like that.

Just kind of reminds me of when people started playing mass effect for the first time and started complaining that is wasn't COD or GoW. It just seems like its that way all over again.
