most of the people who got suspended due to this reason is mostly steam users, I have no idea why but there are tons of forum posts about this

I was suspended, I know WHY, and found another way to optimize the process of the game (I never ALTERED anything). I take it have never anything to do with Raptr (specially because they are PARTNERS, even giving away Rift through it) or Steam (they sell the game there for crying out loud). And since I found this other way around to diminish the stuttering, no new suspension for my acount, even having Raptr and/or Steam on.

OP is talking nonsense. Played Rift for ages using Razer/Nvidia software etc. and never had a problem.

And a lot of people bot in Rift, openly discuss it in the forums and they haven't gotten banned or suspended.

*Edit* nvm, i found out how and this is what you do.

Go to folder SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Defiance\ and load the program "Patcher" in that folder.

Now have fun in Defiance without steam.

OP are you suggesting that you literally turn off any and all software not developed by Trion so your account isn't disabled?

How ridiculous. If Trion is disabling accounts for any of that software it's their problem not users and users shouldn't accept such garbage service. No way do I believe Trion would be that amateur to disable accounts for any of that software you've listed.
