Trion - where is your AI please?

The AI in rift and the npc raids and stuff were some of the best I have ever seen in an MMO. Where is that in this game? I mean, if you threw that stuff into Defiance, you would have one heck of a game. I mean it's already Lollipop licken good..make it better!

Still good though and still don't know if I find the AI all that bad, they actually jump away from Detonator projectiles or speed towards cover not too infrequently.

I think it might have to do with having to be ported to consoles, the AI might have taken a hit for that, considering the sheer numbers of mobs that can be on screen at once.
To be fair though, the AI doesn't seem that far off any other current game out there that I've played. I've seen raiders dodge, and I know Dark Matter likes to roll itself out of nano effects and flanks me whenever it can.
