Ps3 Hotshot : Dam Defense - Is it still not in?

Trying to complete this Marin pursuit and I thought it was coming back in. Can anyone shed some light please?

no so far i dont see it witch sucks becuase i want to complete my pursuit why does the dam glitchers ruin the game for everyone??

I remember that they added it back in a couple weeks ago. Not sure if its still there or not, but it worked just fine for me.
