Moving my character from one GT or another?

Is it possible to move my character from one gamertag to another?I guessed the character would be saved to your hard drive and not your gamertag but i could be wrong?

To cut a long story short,when i log into my main GT it says that im suspended till i change my billing information (credit card info) however when i try to change it i get an error message.So basically i need to move to a new gamertag,however im worried my defiance character wont automatically carry over.

Can anyone help?

I think that character is bound to the gamer tag but it's still worth a try to see if its bound to your console not your GT.

I would assume not... Could always try live chat under the support tab.
