Where can I find one? Also cant seem to find any electric archers or electric monarchs.

When I found my electric monarch it was down by Mine 99. Saw a couple down in that area of the map.

Edit: Whoops. Forgot about the Siphon Monarch. The one I saw was in a field near the 2 vendor in the west that don't have teleports to them (south of mine 99).

I'm having trouble finding electric archers too. (Have everything else completed but electric archers are 1/10)

Thanks for the info i'll check it out. And yeah those electric archers are a pain, ive only killed 2 so far.

That's where I found mine as well, and a Shock version just on the road near the mine area time trial nearby. Heard that the fire warriors are found in an event in Mount Tam, and will have to try that soon. Have only found a few shock Archers at the Chrysalis events in the area; there seems to be only one at the beginning of each of those events from what I have seen and heard, and if you don't get there and "contribute" by damaging it, you won't get credit for it.
