You use keycodes and scrip to purchase lock boxes from merchants, but can only carry one. So pretty much, go and buy a Tier 1 lock box.
means you need to buy a lock box with it
you get key fragments as loot after so many fragments you a keycode then you use them and script to buy a lock box
