2 1/2 week wait for this?

For granted, I like the change to Arkfalls with the different Monarchs.. but seriously.. thank god they devoted all their time in fixing the "Friendly Turret" lazer to blue now, when the Pursuits are still bugged and get reset all the time. Thanks for a 2 1/2 week wait for a major patch to fix the "Blue Light Special."

Actually, no. The extra wait was because the conversion of the patches for PC / Xbox 360 were a little more challenging to Trion, who'd never done that before. We're now exactly where the PC / XBox 360 players are in terms of patching. No more, no less. If you were expecting something more, I'm sorry to see you disappointed. Hopefully now that this first conversion is done, all the others will go smoothly and the devs will be able to get everyone patched at the same time.

Actually, no. What was promised to be fixed, was half fixed. Plus KeyCodes are harder to get? Heck the game is more messed up with this patch then anything. If you replay the story you have to quit and restart the game everytime you complete a mission in order to go to the next mission because it doesn't show up on the map. Plus if you take notice when you inspect people, everyone is wearing Echleon Freelancer or Irregular.. and has no title. So yea.. the game is still majorly bugged.

While I am an MMORPG veteran and did not really expect this patch to enhance the game in any meaningful way, it's still depressing that as is always the case, for every ONE ( 1 ) bug fixed they create THREE ( 3 ) new ones.

Also, I am patching right now, other then new monarchs, did ANYTHING get added to the game? Episode 3 missions? More to do end game then Emergencies, pursuits, contracts and the same 5 Arkfalls?

I took forever to finish the story missions hoping that something might get added soon. I never expected anything this patch but secretly I was hoping.

May have to retire from defiance for a few months to see if anything gets better. Did that with DCUO and the only change was that the game went free to play which upped the amount of jerks.

I don't know about anyone else, but I can no longer see other player names when I point my crosshairs at them. I've turned all of that stuff off and on in my settings, logged in and out after the patch, stood on my head and burped...nothing. Oh, and I'm now getting dumped out of every major Arkfall just as it finishes, so I get NOTHING for 30 minutes of hard work.

I'm hoping things get fixed like all the problems it had the first week got fixed. I love this game. I don't want it to turn into constant frustration like DCUO did. God, I hate that game.

area chat and are talking on a mic. and all i can say is you knew what was coming, there are posts on what each patch has in it, and there are ALOT of posts on how the patches messed other stuff up.

if you were expecting more then you are not paying attention, that being said im not defending the patches im disappointed too, but im not acting like they didn't tell us whats going on
