As stated in the individual threads, an AH could completely change the game's economy, and not necessarily for the better.
Vehicles in Arkfalls - you're talking about a direct change to allowable actions in game. How is that not changing how it's played?
While really interesting and an additional thing to do, crafting also could drastically alter the economy [by allowing controlled output of specific weapons/weapon types].
Classes/Roles/Etc - again, a direct change to how the game is played. Not skippable in any way.
Clan bases could cause a serious shift balance. If enough incentive is placed on being in a clan, it may make not being in a clan a disadvantage.
I'll agree, though, that personal rooms/storage and a Crater Bar are optional and wouldn't change the game for me (specifically) unless I allowed them to.
