any port in a storm pursuit tasks bugged

the 2 tasks i have left in this pursuit are Record 25 kills on waterfront, and record 5 rescue kills on waterfront and ever time i play the map both the counts on the tasks reset to the number of kills/rescue kills i got in the match i had just played. and why i think its bugged is because on waterfront the score only goes up to 25 and i done see a way to get all 25 kills myself.
