I purchased a season pass but I did not get the lockbox that said came with the pass. Has anyone had this issue? Also did a ticket in game and it was never fixed and got no response

I also bought the DLC Season Pass. NO Hellbug Hat for my Avatar & No lockbox in-game or in game store. FRUSTRATING!
You must claim all items from the Defiance Store in game, also you don't actually get a lock box.. after you claim the Lockbox it disappears and randomly gives you the # of items that correspond with the lockbox tier.
So you may not have noticed 2 or 3 new weapons/grenades especially if your looking for a box in your inventory.
If none of this applies to you, then I wish you luck with CS.

Same here, no claim items after getting season pass. Will try live chat soon if not fixed, but last time I tried for any support I got NO reply after a week. Hope this one is better......
Live chat is both fast and effective...I spent 10-15min in the queue and then maybe 5 minutes explaining that my hellbug cap was missing and that I couldn't progress the mines of marin because of the bugged recorder, then 10 minutes while the agent fixed the issues - the entire time, in game playing and he fixed me right up.
