A city that serves as a hub for players. There will be vendors, quest, mission givers, PvP npc , maybe auction house, bank/storage to store your items, barbershop to change hair color, outfit shop, other fun games/activities.

i would like to atleast walk around a real town like defiance. why cant we have our own defiance?

1. More PVP maps
2. More PVP types (CTF anyone??? yes plz)
3. Horde Mode-esque co-op with leaderboards
4. PVP-Unique costumes/weapons/vehicles
5. I suppose some sort of end game - raid instances, world bosses (other than arkfalls). But I'm still playing through the missions. That or melee weapons! Where's my laser blade?!

-The content we were promised other than more data recorders, fireworks and PvP demands.

-Wish the Mass Cannon (and others like it) didn't blind my fellow players. Makes me unpopular in a crowd and I don't blame 'em.

A diaper outfit you earn by doing the Episode 3 Need/Want pursuit. (Hellbugs optional)

-More daily missions.
-More pursuits (dont like ya have to grind the last 2.5k ego)
-Hellbug,Raider, 99er, mutant, dark matter raids. 30min-1hr endless wave events held at random location.
-Random missions that appear on your map ie Tork sitting next to a stump needs a hand with something, Cass need help installing a stripper pole in her trailer etc etc
-Arkfalls that give something other then shields or grenades.

Most importantly
Hard info from the developers about the game, lockbox rates, how things where intended to work, etc etc

Other than the gameplay issues.
Your character not being a mute dumbass puppet with with absolutely no personality would have made the game a lot better.
Some actual npcs outside the storyline to give life to the world.
An the most important is a more informative shop/crafting system. Just try buying mods as a new player
