The first thing I picked up that I recognized from the game was in the first scene. When the skitterlings attacked the jogger, if you listen very closely, the Hellbug theme from the game is used for the background music. (At around 2:28.)

Yes, Season 1 is done filming, they're going to be starting on Season 2 soon. Syfy picked it up for 2 seasons off the bat. A show like this needs time to grow.

Sorry I meant ridiculous in terms of how Hell bugs will be represented in the show from now on. Any time we see Hellbugs now we think "why the hell didn't that guy just smear himself in crap, or wear a suit, or stay downwind..."
