"So this example list doesn’t mean that these are all getting implemented I’m afraid"
This is very disheartening, given the list of things that you put that should've been in the game from the start. So you're basically saying "Here's a list of all your concerns and suggestions from the forum, we're going to dangle this in front of you and probably only implement less than half of it and then say -Hey we're listening.-" so why even list them? you're just going to get people's hopes up and then later down the line get accused of making promises and breaking them. Be honest with us, what are you actually going to implement? do not beat around the bush.
Anyway, about that list, it's missing a few things.
Enemy AI. It's atrocious. They overwhelm you with numbers and insane accuracy, while lacking any and all tactics. Work on it.
Say you shoot at someone with a sniper rifle and it misses, they should hear the missed shot, look at where it hit and then turn to the direction it came form and then get to cover and go investigate.
A player hub. We need a town, with little to no phasing where people can gather, shoot the proverbial shtako, buy goods, trade, et cetera. Npcs need to converse, give out quests, there needs to be shops, this is where the auction house and storage would obviously go.
More pc options. The draw distance on the PC is terrible. Too many times will an enemy shoot at you where they don't even render, but still hit you with perfect accuracy. Need better graphic options. This can be overlooked somewhat with SweetFX, but it still needs work. That draw distance needs to be fixed asap, as does the constant loading of default characters.
The Mod system is terrible. You get nothing but brutal from lockbox mod caches, and the RNG of the rep mod caches pretty much makes it a crap shoot on whether you even get a mod to match your gun. You even get mods from guns the rep vendor doesn't even sell? what's up with that?
The rep system... this was just terrible. Making the rep "tokens" that get used up, lowering your rep system? who's brilliant idea was that? Make it have tiers, each tier has specific items (based on rarity I guess) that you can buy for basic currency. Make it so you can actually buy specific mods for your guns instead of relying on RNG. If you want to have a type of token system, use it for raids, do not use it for rep.
Just some of the ideas swimming around my head. Had more, but I got excited reading this and then got angry when I saw the part about "not everything is going to be implemented" so just be honest with us and tell us what you're actually going to do and what goes against your design and will never be implemented so we can discuss something else.
